winter 2024 happiness plan
After reading a newsletter entry from Amelia Greenhall describing how to make your own winter happiness plan, I was inspired to make my own. I love the idea of a simplistic menu of joyful goals and habits that can carry me into the winter months. It’s especially comforting to have a low pressure and fluid menu of joy that I can easily grab and add on to as the cold days go by.
