winter 2024 happiness plan

After reading a newsletter entry from Amelia Greenhall describing how to make your own winter happiness plan, I was inspired to make my own. I love the idea of a simplistic menu of joyful goals and habits that can carry me into the winter months. It’s especially comforting to have a low pressure and fluid menu of joy that I can easily grab and add on to as the cold days go by.

  1. california zephyr train trip
  2. knit/crochet/sew in the studio as much as possible - bonus points for every snowy evening

  4. have friends over from out of state
  5. throw at least one dinner party besides thanksgiving

  9. use up all the good facemasks
